Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Designer who specializes in video editing, banner design, and social media poster creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate concepts and trends to effectively translate them into visually appealing designs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Video Editing: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create engaging property showcase videos, promotional videos, client testimonials, and more.
- Graphic Design: Designing eye-catching banners, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms.
- Social Media Creatives: Developing creative and compelling visuals for social media posts, ads, and campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and client expectations to effectively communicate property features and benefits through design.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams, real estate agents, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
- Trends and Innovation: Staying updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in video editing, graphic design, and social media creatives.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field (preferred).
