Job Description:
As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will lead and manage our sales team to ensure efficient operation and achievement of sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales goals.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members. Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Handle escalated client issues or concerns effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar managerial role in the real estate industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
- Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in interpreting sales performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Sell.do).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
