Tele Caller

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team at Bharathi Construction. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate projects and generating leads through effective communication with potential customers. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Bharathi Construction’s projects.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, including inquiries received via phone, email, and website.
3. Provide detailed information about our projects, including features, amenities, pricing, and available units, to potential buyers.
4. Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system with relevant information.
6. Assist in organizing and coordinating site visits for interested customers.
7. Achieve monthly site visit targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
9. Uphold the company’s reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
• Prior knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
